Estimate requests are sent to Jobber, the customer management software we use for quotes, scheduling and invoicing. Our website is hosted by a third-party provider that stores form submissions securely. Google provides our advertising and analytics tools.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, crew or the public.

Cookies and Your Choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. Blocking cookies will not stop you from using our website or requesting an estimate.

If you no longer want to receive messages from us, reply STOP to a text, or email or call us and we will update our records.

Data Retention and Security

We keep customer and job records for as long as needed to provide service and meet tax, insurance and legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your Rights

You may ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep by law. Massachusetts residents are also protected by state data security law, M.G.L. c. 93H, and we will notify you as that law requires if your information is ever involved in a security breach.

Children

Our website is meant for adults arranging services for their property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
